Experience level?
Eeveryone is welcome, and if you have experience: bring it! ;-)
Bring a partner?
You can come alone or bring all your friends, either is fine. We will 'enforce' a healthy balance between flyers and bases though!
What to wear?
Comfortable, agility supporting, sports clothing.
Not too slippery pants and without loops for bases.
No jewelry!
Glasses, sure with care: you know how to use them best.
What to bring?
Inside: waterbottle (and energy snacks), and no mats needed.
Outside: same plus yogamat (and towel)
Is my age enough?
18+ only.
What about privacy?
We respect your privacy — no photos without consent. Ask first.
